1.stunt= prevent growing or developing properly.

SYNONYMS: inhibit, impede, hamper, hinder, restrict, retard, slow, curb, arrest, check, stop.

2.dingy= poorly bad(gloomy and drab/discoloured), often dark or depressing.

SYNONYMS: gloomy, drab, dark, dull, badly lit, poorly lit, dim, dismal, sombre, grim, dreary, cheerless, dirty, discoloured, grimy, soiled, faded, shabby, dowdy, worn, seedy, run down, tacky.

3.emaciated= (of a person or a part of the body) weak or thin or haggard, especially from hunger or                            diseases.

4.fatality= an occurrence of death by an accident, in war or from a disease.

SYNONYMS: death, casualty, mortality, victim, loss, dead person, dead. 

5.satute= a written law passed by a legislative body.

SYNONYMS: law, regulation, enactment, act, bill, decree, edict, rule, ruling, resolution, promulgation, measure, motion, dictum, command, order, stipulation, commandment, directive, pronouncement, ratification, proclamation, dictate, diktat, fiat, covenant, demand, by-law.

6.lacuna= deficiency.

SYNONYMS: gap, space, absence, lack, blank.

7.reckoning= calculation.

SYNONYMS: estimation, computation, working out, summation, counting.

8.headgear= items worn on the head.

SYNONYMS: Hats, helmets.

9.err= be mistaken or incorrect.

SYNONYMS: offending, guilty, culpable, misbehaving, delinquent, lawless, lawbreaking, criminal, transgressing, aberrant, deviant, errant, sinning.

10.robust= strong and healthy.

SYNONYMS: strong, vigorous, sturdy, tough, powerful, powerfully built, solidly built, as strong as a horse, as strong as ox, muscular, sinewy, rugged, hardy, strapping, brawny, burly, husky.

11.vulnerable= can easily be hurt.

SYNONYMS: in danger, in peril, in jeopardy, at risk, endangered, unsafe, unprotected, ill-protected, unguarded.

12.predominantly= mainly, mostly.

SYNONYMS: mainly, mostly, for the most part, chiefly, principally, primarily, predominately, preponderantly, in the main, on the whole, largely, by and large, to a large extent, to a great degree, typically, in general, generally, usually, commonly, as a rule.

13.imperative= of vital important.

SYNONYMS: vitally important, of vital importance, all-important, vital, crucial, critical, essential, of the essence, a matter of life and death, of great consequence, necessary, indispensable, exigent, pressing, urgent.

14.attribute= regard something as being caused by.

SYNONYMS: ascribe, assign, accredit, credit, impute, allot, allocate.

15.replication= the action of copying or reproducing something.

SYNONYMS: copying, duplication, duplicating, replicating.
